"25 years ago, I felt a sharp pain in my lower back, diagnosed as a herniated disc between L-5 and L-6. Medication and physical therapy helped initially. About 10 years later, intense pain returned, and an MRI showed the disc was obliterated with nerve impingement. "Before Relief4Life, I had almost daily back pain from some discs that have degenerated in my lower back and I started coming to Relief4Life and doing a series of exercises here 2-3 days a week for approximately 3 months, and then I began to do them at home and it has given me excellent relief. I would go for long periods of time with absolutely no pain with Relief4Life program in the exercises that I had.
And I must say I was skeptical at first because I have had all kinds of treatments for this as most people do. The only time that I may have little regression is if I am lifting something that is too heavy and I shouldn't be doing that or pulling on some lines on our boat. And then I immediately stopped and once I was start exercising the program again. But generally I practice it 2 or 3 times a week just in general and it keeps me for the most part pain free.I cannot recommend it more highly because I have had this problem for years and I think that the Relief4life program is really excellent for anyone who has a problem and can come here."

"Before Relief4Life, my back had hurt for 45 years due to a lifetime of riding horses and taking falls. As I got older, it became impossible to do things I used to, like lifting hay bales and bags of feed. I couldn't play with my grandchildren, and as a nurse, I was taking Motrin every day. My x-rays showed severe degeneration of my lower spine, spondylosis, and end plate spondylosis.
After eight hours of Relief4Life, I can now play with my grandchildren without hurting my back. I played football with them the other day and can pick them up.
